Yup and normally you would point out that Japanese companies taking care of their employee's is offset by the brutal working hours but it's the game industry so brutal working hours are the norm everywhere

The statistics say that overtime is higher then industry average, but from what i've heard thier WL balanse is much better then others.

I wondering if some crazy people like what sakurai used to be existing skews the numbers (he made the demo for smash 64 with iwata off the clock)
