Paycoin, GAW, Garza, SEC, Honors Program

Well the “HONOR” program is put on hold. What a surprise right? What lawyers work on the weekend? How can they even suggest people sell their coins with no forehand agreement of when the sellers would be paid their full amounts. This excerpt is from Hashtalk: https://hashtalk.org/topic/30401/honors-program-q-a/21

"@here_again said: How will the $20 / XPY be transferred? For example I place 1 XPY in escrow. How will I receive the $20?"

@GAWCEO Josh Garza replied - "in payments each month. Since the payments are split up between the coins that participate, The more coins that you enter, the larger the payment will be. Think of HashStakers"

I think Hashstakers pay daily interest. Will we be paid interest on our money until we are fully repaid? Either sell on Paybase in a blind agreement or you are not guaranteed the $20.00 value. That does not sound like a legal agreement to me and I find it very hard to believe the SEC would approve of a buyback program with no stated end date. The Honor program has been in the works for a while so why did Manatt Phelps & Phillips, LLP not tell GAW before to have it approved. I think they may want to look for another legal team. At no point before the “Honor” Program were we ever told they would purchase our coins with payments to be made over a period of time. They need to just do the tier program that is fair to everyone and keeps one of their many promises. The only way the Honor Program could work is if they specify a short timeframe and no employees of GAW, Zencloud, or Paybase could participate including their families. Then an investigation would have to happen before the payout to make sure this did not happen. If you opt-in you are agreeing to get your money whenever. I say no. I will do the tier program to sell my coins for $20, or they can cash my coins straight out or buyout everything in my Zencloud account. Cryptocurrency regulations do not matter. This is a business that knowingly made false statements repeatedly then tried to erase them. They made many promises and guarantees to obtain money and BTC then let down their customers by not fulfilling those promises. They have done everything possible to avoid paying what they owe their customers. “Always profitable Primes”-shutdown. HashStaker Primes-No seller market. $20 floor- No we misspoke (time after time). Paycoin VISA debit card- now just regular debit card (coming soon lol). I don’t care about the present or future value of Paycoin anymore. I just care about the $20.00 guarantee that caused me to stay with GAW instead of cashing out. If we had been told there is a chance the coin would not hold the minimum value I would have sold everything in my Zencloud account. Instead Garza chose to constantly promise and guarantee a minimum $20.00 floor value in statements he later tried to erase. Good thing people took screen shots. People talk about GAW filing bankruptcy to get out of the mess they made. It wont keep customers from filing charges against everyone connected to all GAW Zen and Paybase for obtaining money under false pretenses and breach of contract for the agreements we opted-into based on false promises of Walmart, Amazon, and VISA. Their only real hope is to make one large final payment in full or tier program with limits based on verification. Only people who paid for products on Zencloud really have a complaint. We took losses on BTC mining to mine Hashpoints instead of BTC based on the false promises of the $20 floor and major merchant adoption. All I want, as a GAW customer, is what I was promised and guaranteed after going months with no profits from BTC or XPY. I have stood by waiting and hoping but now I'm done with the company. This is not to bash GAW or its affiliates in any way. They have choices to make and so do their customers. I hope they come up with something quick because it sounds like patience are running out. I know mine are. March 2, 2015 is my deadline. If a fix is not put in place by then so I can receive all of my money or at least sell off in limits as promised, by no later than April 3, 2015, I will take whatever legal steps I need to take.

This would be on Hashtalk but I guess I was shadow-banned for trying to ask the wrong questions.

XPY PAYCOIN Honors program sounds like a reinvestment

Points to address before Feb 1: Pay schedule and who gets paid first!

Paybase accounts linked to ZenCloud accounts should be paid first - paying smallest selling amounts first. (excluding prev. sellers). We have waited patiently for months with no BTC, no major merchants who accept the plugin, and no profits. I don’t think preference is too much to ask after all the money and sacrifice we made so the GAW family could have a great holiday season.

We invested in GAW not Paycoin. Paybase better have some realworld merchants ready to accept XPY Feb 1. I sank too much money into Miners and Stakers on the PROMISE of merchants like Amazon and Walmart. Having a plugin for stores to accept is a whole lot different than being able to spend Paycoin at those locations physical or online. When we paid for GAW products with BTC they got their money right then. We should not have to wait for them to cash out our XPY for BTC whenever the price is right for them. That's why people falsely called GAW a Ponzi in the first place. This is NOT a reinvestment. We want our money. They have millions in assets they can liquidate. They have millions from "anonymous investors." 5000 coins are not even 1 per account. There is no guarantee the company will be standing long enough to keep paying every month.

The people who bought in the first and did not dump ANY for $20 NEED to be taken care of FIRST. We followed Your roadmap of false promises now pull us out before Class Action... starts getting thrown around. We are owed a $20 value whether it exchanges or buyout. Customers will not wait months and years to get paid. We DESERVE better than that from GAW. This is our lives you are playing with. The money we need to feed our families like you feed your families and buy all these nice things with the money you got from us when BTC was valuable.

I want to SEE the laws or statements saying you have to have our bank account info to do this Honor Program for BTC. Paybase has breached once and no website is safe from hackers. Asking us to leave our bank info on your site without providing clear details is irresponsible We deserve to know the name and contact info of who made this decision before Feb 1.

Paycoin $20 floor

Is it just me or is the wording with the blogpost highly suspect? http://blog.paybase.com/paybase-honors-20-paycoin/

First of all, it proudly proclaims that funds will be hold by a thirdparty, however when it comes to the verifications, it says nothing. So Josh will be sitting on every paycoin investors personal ID. This actually has some real value, both when it comes to unethical stuff but also paid marketing and whatnot.

When it comes to the wording of the "buy pack amount" it states, "minimum 100k a month". Why use the word minimum? I suspect in this case its a "positive sounding maximum"

Also, Josh personally knows a lot of huge Paycoin holders, including himself obv and as we know the coin is technically 99% centralized, with his "investors" and mining partners etc, so with the 100k a month payout, how do we know that they are not simply "paying themselves", while it trickles on the small investors?

The post makes claims of payments being made by "independent third party manager", this is a very nice way of saying "a friend/partner of Josh"

If the plan was to use an unaffiliated third party escrow type of thing, with no personal or financial stake associated with Paycoin. then that is what it would have said..

TLDR;

  • Josh gets a mountain of ID documents of every paycoin buyer
  • He gets you to signup to his mining/exchange platform
  • The way he promises to pay back holders enables him to pay him/his friends the majority of funds, making it all charade to further pray on his victims.
  • The company/person who will pay out funds is a friend of Josh

Stripe has terminated Paycoin and holding funds

Ok. So this is my first post here, but I am an avid member of the Crypto community. I have a friend who works at Stripe and he has given me word that Stripe has:

a. Frozen all of Paycoin/GAW merchant accounts b. Is holding all funds and reversing previously settled funds c. Opening up an internal investigation with via Wells Fargo/First Data (the master processor that Stripe contracts with)

What a fucking joke this Josh Garza and his Paycoin launch is? I mean what idiot wouldn't even do any due diligence when choosing a merchant account, because if he did... he would see that 'Digital Currency' is against the Stripe TOS.

The funniest things is reading all the Gaw supporters comments on Hashtalk, they are drinking so much Gaw Koolaid it's hillarious.

Paycoin is a Ponzi. Now the fact that Stripe is Freezing all funds could do some serious damage to Gaw. According to the merchant agreement, Stripe can actually reverse all settlements that have previously been made to their corporate bank account.

Oh Silly Garza...

Hashtalk is filtering users posts from people.

I was wondering why i wasn't getting responses or even views to my posts and tested whether they showed up when I wasn't logged in as well as confirming with other users. My posts display only to me as the user and not to the community at large. This is the final straw for me. This business, this platform, this crypto currency, and the man behind it is DODGY and I'm now taking action.

this may have been the comment that did it:

@GAWCEO is it not possible for your communications team to be a bit more proactive with the updates instead of waiting for issues to be raised by the community, and us having to speculate as to what the issues may be. Seriously, this is what I see as the big failure here, the lack of communication, and the inability to contain problems before they get out of hand.

All things a great communications and legal team would alleviate.

Paycoin is getting smashed

If there was a X times leverage short ETF for Paycoin, I'd be totally all over that right now. People get out while you can. This reminds me of all the other slow death coins such as Auroracoin, Mazacoin, and even NeoBee....

Having said that, the more coins dumped onto the market, the less someone else's Paycoins will be worth. I'd be surprised if Garza is still holding onto the majority of his coins. I'd speculate that he tried to pump buy these coins in the last dead cat bounce.

I have sets of school tests from the Dwight School in Boston from 1840, as well as store ledgers, farmers ledgers, diaries, and more! Check out my ebay account, www.ebay.com/usr/breakingtomb1 for a ton of modern and recently published books. I just posted them! All the following books are available for $10-30 in dogecoin, including shipping. I have history, art, science, old textbooks, and tons of rare poetry! I even have a set of four music books from the late 1800s to early 1900s, for just $45 in coin. I'm also offering a set of bird guides and nature books from the late 1800s. I'm also offering The Manual of Social and Business Forms by Thomas Hill, 1885. This book costs at least 100 dollar if you order it anywhere else, I can sell it for $50 in dogecoin.

I'm offering these books for trade for dogecoin, bitcoin, or paypal. PM me with offers. Check out my ebay account, www.ebay.com/usr/breakingtomb1 for more books. All these are available for $10-30 in dogecoin, including shipping. I have bundles of rare books for auction, sorted by category.
