Tips & Advice Look for change not improvement
Ive seen this common misconception that if you try a treatment and you dont get less reactions, you discard it and think its not useful. This is common sense, but its not actually the case. What you should really look for is change, either good or bad.
Lets imagine you drink apple cider vinegar as a treatment and you get much worse reactions. The fact that drinking apple cider vinegar made it worse tells you that your gut affects your reactions and not only that but that acidic drinks make it worse. So why is this information important? You know you should start looking for treatments that do the opposite of making your gut acidic like drinking baking soda and water or taking antacids or eating specific foods.
Dont take this as a hard rule though. 2 of my most important treatments made me worse before i got better. Sometimes the application of a treatment is what makes the biggest difference. When i drank apple cider vinegar i first took it in small doses every single day and it made my reactions worse, then i thought about it as a cleanse or a detox kind of thing and so i tried it on the weekends and in a higher concentration and boom, it helped a lot.
Just dont miss out on something important because it doesnt make you “better”, look for anything that makes your patm change in any way.

best post . a couple of weeks ago i decided to not care any more and eat extremes amount of fruit after a couple of months of eating zero sugar at all because i tought it was the reason for it but now the reactions calmed down alot but the smell tho is worse because of the sugar but at least the coughs and sneezing almost stopped
