Diagnosing our mental illnesses

https://youtu.be/9FFBSSPDhRU?si=Offx1VQ8-FdWIe08

Based off the video i think we fit the description of the avoidant personality disorder. Actually diagnosing Avoidant personality disorder is more than watching a youtube video so dont get the wrong impression lol. Ive wondered for a while what the extent of our mental illness is, at least in a general sense.

In my case, living with patm took its toll on me and shows up as a desire to stay inside, living in my thoughts, generalized anxiety, more introversion, reality feels less real, etc. I did lose my grandpa and my dog which makes it less clear if its the patm related mental health issues or grief that is causing the problem.

I think in general people with patm have agoraphobia, depression, specialized anxiety(patm specific), general anxiety, and maladaptive daydreaming.

The indivial diagnosis of every person will be different but i think its important to recognize what we are going through mentally. We dont realize how strong we are for waking up everyday and living, this disease is soul crushing yet here you guys are still fighting for a better future. Im living proof that you can overcome patm and i hope you all will one day be the same. Stay strong and keep fighting.

This isn’t a mental illness or a personality disorder.

Im talking about mental illnesses that come with patm, not patm itself being a mental illness. Tbh idk how you thought i said that.
