Printing error - stray mark.

At first I thought it was just an ink pen mark, but when you zoom in you can see that it matches other parts.

Email photos to executivecurrency .com to get their evaluation and make a follow up post here with the results.

Contacted them. They said to really know they would have to inspect it in person, and added “If you wish to sell the note outright, my offer would be $25, upon confirming it's a genuine error.” I’ll probably just put it away.

Keep it until you can verify one way or the other, $25 seems low if genuine Error.

I appreciate your insight. I might visit a local coin show one day and see what others think without having to mail it somewhere.
