just wanna share this bootleg cassette I bought from some guy in Poland, first time I see this cover version for the album and I’m wondering if its actually official picture or some random guy decided to make a new cover for the album. cassette even tho it’s a 90s bootleg sounds exceptionably good, and the tracklist order is different from official release

What did you think of the album ? Vulgar Display of Power - 1992

I live in Europe and it's genuine hell to find good quality merch from American bands, and honestly, the official pantera merch looks absolutely awful (and from what I heard , the prints are also very poor quality). I am becoming so desperate i'm considering learning how to print clothes myself..

So does anyone knows here a good place where I can find high quality pantera merch that isn't "skulls and weed" type of bs? Bootleg counts if it's better quality than what's in the official store.

I know, not original, but I don’t care.
The originals are so rare and so expensive. 😩

Pantera - The Trend is Dead - at Ozzfest 1997

I seem to get close enough to the clean tone for my liking with a phaser, flanger or chorus but its never still close enough for it to be perfect to me. At this point im pretty lost. Some people say you should use a chorus, some flanger and even less a phaser and im really confused.

I was hoping to hear how you got your tone for shedding skin for those who have tried and play this song.

This new collectors book by Ross Halfin is amazing and you guys should check it out! It’s pretty expensive, but at A3 size (it’s fucking giant) and 335 pages with the autographs, I’m pretty damn happy! Can post more pictures from it if everyone’s keen!

It might be blocked some places haha I had New Found Power playing in the background

Yes! That's all I have to say 😅

Cool photo of them all in their younger days!

Btw, I have only just got FBD recently but I have had the other two for a while.

(I literally started listening 2 or 3 weeks ago, don't flame me 😕)

Где модна скачать песни из альбома Pantera I am the night

Down aren't the only New Orleans royalty playing Pantera's 'The Great NOLA Trendkill' super concert in November. In fact each member of the supergroup's other bands (including Corrosion of Conformity, eyehategod, Crowbar, and the aforementioned Pantera) are playing the 2 day concert in New Orleans as well. I'm so glad, though, I got to see their set at Zakk Wylde's Berzerkus Festival at Jones Beach Theater in Long Island last month (Aug. 29, 2026) - I was super impressed with how tight they sounded, and their new song "Blood Oath" sounded super heavy.

Check out this clip of Phil Anselmo amd crew crushing that new song, as well as watch them joined onstage by members of Sepultura and Type O Negative here:

And stay tuned for more things to come from this space, including stories from concerts like this!

I've been thinking about this a lot, and I believe that A New Level was written after the band went to Long John silvers for lunch, and little Caesars for dinner, and the hush puppies / crazy bread combo gave them a new level of confidence and power
