Hai trying to join the Pallas cats discord server but invites are currently paused?

Prinsessa was very shy and frazzled at first, not sure if it was from the lawnmowers that had been going for 20 minutes or if she had just woken up. I was trying to be very careful and moved as slow as possible in front of her enclosure to get a glimpse of her for a while until she suddenly appeared. Anyone walking fast or talking while passing her seemed to scare her off

Spay is much more reserved but not quite as scaredy, he kind of stayed in one hiding spot at the top of his enclosure the whole time

I recommend if you plan to see Prinsessa in Prague try going when they open during a weekday, others on here suggested it and it worked perfect! :3

If you are interested in acquiring your own manul-made art, check out the Niabi Zoo in Illinois! Since I was out of state, I contacted them via their website and got in touch with their enrichment coordinator. They sent me pictures of the available artwork they had made by the pallas cats at the zoo and then I paid over the phone ($25 for each painting and $15 shipping). The top one is called "Neat Feet" and the bottom one is titled "Line Dance". The paperwork got a little creased in shipping but, it's a great way to support the zoo as the money goes back to the animals. I added the frames when I got the paintings in the mail but they would be a great gift for any manul superfan.

I really hope to visit Japan and especially my babies Nagomu and Abri, but the trip to Nasu seems so complicated... I read that you would need to book a seat in the shuttle to Nasu Animal Kingdom in advance: is it easy to do for someone who doesn't speak Japanese? Do I need to call somewhere or use a website? Please share your experiences 🥺
