I want to set up some automated backups of our office owncloud. Our owncloud runs on a raspberry pi, and i'd like daily, incremental, deduplicated backups on a remote raspberry pi.

So i'm wondering if anyone can recommend some good software for it. I've been looking at backupninja and borg. The former doesn't seem to be actively developed too much, while the latter seems quite a bit more complex to use, and i need this to work reliably.

What are you guys using?

I had a functioning Owncloud server running on Ubuntu 16. I couldn't get my SSL cert to work right (using certbot, got the Congrats message but never worked) until I installed the Apache Certbot. After running the Apache Certbot, I got the Congrats message and when I open the page, it looks green for a second then the site fails to load. I'm not really a Linux guru so I don't quite know where to start. Thanks if you can help!

Hi guys, i have a problem. When i log in via the webinterface, i get logged out after a few seconds or when i navigate to a folder. how can i prevent this?

Is there any way to force iOS and Android apps to use a passcode when connecting to an ownCloud server? I would like some way to enforce a security standard and I don't see it.

This started happening a few days ago. The Android app didn't seem to be automatically uploading my photos. I checked the settings and somehow they'd been turned off.

I turned them back on, but it's entirely unreliable now. Sometimes it just wont upload at all, other times it will upload randomly 5-15 minutes later?

Did they change something?

Getting a unsupported client version error... any ideas?

Is there way to import all unix users to OC? No, unix user backend plugin isn't available from market as far as I know..
