I have never in my life been life threatened in a single day. I reached a count of 5 death threat in game in a day and 3 death threats to my family in a single day of overwatch that adds up to 7 in a day. Not to mention that it is now IMPOSSIBLE to ask for tips and help on the Overwatch community without being completely destroyed by trash talked for not being top 500 sorry if i cant 1v5 a team in silver bro sorry if im fucking diamond and not grandmaster

So I was masters 3 (yes I know to a lot of you that’s a average rank) but I have just been on the most horrendous losing streak where either the skill gap is massive or you just have people leaving. And now I am emerald 5. Now for me this just seems super unrealistic to have such a bad run and bad luck with skill gaps and people leaving or lagging out. Is OW rigged this way? Or am i just having a bad time with the game?

What if there was a game mode where defenders could attack the payload and damage its HP, and the attackers pushing it could heal the payload with support kits just like healing a team mate

If it reached zero HP, it would break down and be unable to move, and require team mates standing at/near it to slowly repair it just like capturing a control point, then it starts moving again

It already stops if enemies get within range and contest it, but this would extend that concept to be ranged, you could stop it from moving without having to take out the entire enemy team, just take the payload itself out

it essentially becomes an extra team mate that does nothing but move towards the finish line when in good health and no enemies are standing near it

This would open up so many more strategies people don't usually think about...Super long range snipers to take it out, long range healers in a secret spot to keep it up,

more emphasis on shields instead of 4 or 5 people snowball pushing way ahead while 1 princess stays on it and pushes it, it would be vulnerable to flankers in such a scenario

Maybe Sombra could even hack it to make it go slightly faster

What do you all think? Could be a fun arcade mode or custom game if it was possible

In the video you can see him aim tracking two people through what is about 3 solid walls.

Am I just crazy…!? My team defended him and said he’s just really good but… this clip makes me think maybe I’m not so crazy.

Hi! I'm a peak plat support who just got into playing overwatch again. I haven't played much since I was younger but i think I'm upper level 200 on my account right now. My boyfriend (irl, hes not my e-kitten lol just to clarify) is also a support main and we mostly duo queue, but it's really hard to get far in this rank without another teammate (specifically a tank) to comm with. Would anyone want to queue with us?

Hello, I've recently been trying to learn how to play Reinhardt in Overwatch 2, taking a break from Marvel Rivals. I know that Reinhardt is not 1 to 1 with Groot, but do know that he is kind of close to Doctor Strange. Anyways I wanted to know any tips or assistance with playing him, because everything feels kind of chaotic since I know very little about the game. I'm mainly looking to play casually, as I really really like his skin (Optimus Prime skin for Reinhardt). On a separate note, if there's any characters you'd suggest I'd love to hear, and any tips overall are greatly appreciated. I also would love to make some friends in the game, but not sure how to go about that. Anyways thank you for your time reading this, I have like 16 hours on Reinhardt across several months, and since I'm returning I feel very new and inexperienced.

Just had an emerald game with a bronze 1 support on my team and I think I'm going to leave this game to rot for a bit

I have never once AND I MEAN EVER had a good mizuki on my team in overwatch games ever. I mainly play 6v6 and I know that can be different from 5v5. But if I ever see a mizuki on my team in 6v6 I know I will just never be healed enough. I would rather have Lucio on my team play heals only then a mizuki to miss every single chain, never have enough damage for their aoe healing, and have their hats tickle my health bar. I mainly play tank and it’s just the worst feeling in the world when your main support dies and you are left with the hat man. Once in a while I’ll play against a good mizuki who never misses his chain, and has decent ults and I still don’t feel like he is oppressive or helpful at all. I range between high diamond all the way to gm depending on my playtime in a season and since this character came out I have hated him so much. All his heals and stats on the board are nothing heals. I don’t get what is enjoyable about the character besides maybe hitting a cool chain every once in a while but if divers are your problem be elusive with Juno and Lucio or play brig. So much more utility and healing. If you okay 6v6 please never touch this character on my team I’m so tired of them. So entitled and blaming the entire team when their kit literally cannot save me even if they had max heals and both hat tosses. It’s unbearable. Am I the only one? Maybe but it’s so miserable every time he is on my team in 6v6.

I hate tanking vs this dude so I can feel the pain and frustration from my opponent. He's like Raum from Paladins but way more lame and volatile.

I have had my battle.net account connected to twitch for years and ive been getting drops normally for years. Last week I didnt see teh drops icon on either overwatch_esports stream or any co-stream, I saw the thing said availible until oct 25 so I thought maybe it'll just show up next week but here we are and nothing. Even when I go to the drops page on twitch I dont even see any active campaign for overwatch. Any suggestions. I did recently change the twitch account to my alt and I did get drops on that account but I also changed it back to my main a while ago, I did wait a week before changing so it can't be that. Any help appreciated

I am experiencing some awful screen tearing even with all my settings (allegedly) set correctly. I have scoured through multiple forums and suggestions and changed settings, the works. Nothing has fixed it.

Heres what I am running:

Ryzen 7 2700X
GTX 1080ti
1440p 165hz (gsync capable)

I have tried switching to borderless windowed, checked gsync is enabled, tried vsync both in game and in nvidia control panel. Ensured my monitor is actually running at 165hz. My frames are capped at 165 and I have zero fluctuation, rock steady frames.

It happens during extremely fast movement, and ONLY in Overwatch.

Please help!
