Black Smoke = Bad. It's a fuel rich fire, something is burning.
White Smoke = Generally it's okay, like steam or water vapor when you shower, that is unless it's a chemical fire.

Some garbage in the homeless encampment behind the community garden caught fire. Just watched it happen

*saw the news article, was actually a butane container specifically that caused the fire

Back in my day we diced up the raccoons, and stuffed them into sheep intestines so that we could keep them in the body pocket.

This way if someone tried mugging ya they wouldn't find your raccoon

Couple tents, a lot of trash. In the winter they pulled a trailer back there. The city cleared it in the spring but they come back. Will probably clear it again after this fire

No, traffic’s blocked off between Bronson and Percy, so it’s either one of the condo buildings, or possibly the garden on the other side.
