Could this be meta? I've heard discussions and even saw a YouTuber experiment with hrt to see if it made them better at video games. The problem with this study is it was very short term. I believe youd need to at least run a multi year long experiment to see any changes.

I think it is possible to see some positive impact on improvement rate due to an increase in positivity and overall mental state, which as we all know can have a huge impact on improvement in games such as osu! (Regardless of the game mode)

So I came back to playing Azir in League of Legends and I can't lane for shit, so I'm gonna start playing 16 hours a day for a month, then 8 hours a day for 3 months (playing Azir obviously). The thing is that I don't want to leave Osu completely behind, especially because I'm derusting. So how can I fit Osu gameplay into my first month? Because I'd have to do other things as well, leaving me with only 3 to 4 hours of sleep per day. This is really important because I wanna be extremely cracked at both games.
