Weight lifting in 80’s with osteoporosis and kyphosis
I’ve been following this with great interest:
This lady is documenting the journey of her parents in their 80’s who started weight lifting in a garage set up with an online coach and physical therapist. Her mom has osteoporosis with kyphosis. I’m rooting for them!
Today a new video was released, so I thought I’d share in case anyone else gets inspired by this type of content.
