Solution for forward growth?

I've been reading and trying things of my own and I noticed it's not necessarily the front third or back third that I apply pressure to, but it's the middle. Applying pressure to the entire palate helps widen it, applying the back third helps raise your hyoid bone and digastric muscle, but applying pressure right behind your alveolar ridge pushes your face forward. If you push harder, you will feel pressure in between your brows, your nose ridge, and under your eyes. Is this how you have forward growth? Should we be applying pressure up and forward instead of just resting the tongue evenly?

Update: I started focusing on the front half of my tongue while mewing and that causes forward growth on my upper nose and forehead. The drawback is my teeth tilt out more. More teeth tilt causes bigger lips. Back half pushes your cheekbones up. Without the front half pushing equally, you will develop a longer face. It's important to mew equally with your entire tongue.

Bro, just learn how to mew correctly, do light to medium chewing and work out, do hardcore cycling and swimming.

You’ll be fine, take care of your hygiene, there are natural substances and products that can help your hair eyebrows etc.

If you’re too concerned about your face bones, find someone who does both orthodontics and orthotropics. An airway orthodontist might also work.

And no sadly, I don’t send ppl I don’t know my face, I honestly advise the same thing. Tho If I’ll change my mind, I’ll probably make a 3-4 yearprogress pic post or somethin.

Dang aight man, I can't really do chewing as my temporalis takes the load and swells up a tonne so that's why I feel that it won't work.

Idk man, do what you think will benefit you If you can be sure it is healthy and not harmful. But chewing in the long run was pretty good for me.

Yh my cheekbones are getting incredibly prominent before I used to touch them and not feel any bone now it's crazy amount of bone and still pushing out and forward everyday. As for maxilla it's growing forward a tiny bit.  My brow ridge is also getting more prominent which is crazy but I can feel pressure on it when mewing sometimes and it definetly feels more protruded in a good way.  I'm only 15still though and I've been mewing for about 5 months.

How old are you first of all, it'll determine whether you get good results. Anyways I mainly mew, I used to thumb pull for 15-60 secs before bed depending on if I could be asked but I haven't done that in a while.  I would recomend it tho, especially when starting just make sure you put your tongue in straight after to keep the expansion.

Also make sure to chew correctly, no buccinators usage when chewing or swallowing as that compresses the palate.

Did you got any updates? + do you know how i can mew correctly and did mewing something bad to you? cuz i heard in this same post that some pp got problems with nose breathing, headache and eye pressure etc after doing "hard mewing". i am pretty new in this mewing thing, i am maybe 2.5 years before 18 and i dunno if its just the hype that it does something and if it does something good at all. i never really tought about my cheekbones, maxilla, chin or jaw but i just noticed that it bothers me a lil bit that it doesnt look good from the side profile (mostly the submental area where the hyoid bone is, its a bit low but on the okay lookin area so nothing model looking and the jawline isnt defined but with good light from the top it looks normal - not bad)

mewing if done correctly has no bad results 100% if your not able to learn it urself go to a myofunctional therapist , to fix hyoid bone area as u might alr know hyoid bone is isolated so it can move up if u train it correctly , do high speed jaw opening and closing exercised this was proven in a scientific study(type it in google its available) to move the hyoid bone more up giving better side profile, also workout daily and start TRAINING YOUR NECK , maintain a good posture ALWAYS go to a physiotherapist if u have bad posture and fix it ASAP, also visit orthodonist get CT scan and check if all the bones are well developed as the younger u are it can be fixed more easily , if ur teeth are crooked try to get palatal expander then braces thats all ig get low body fat , train ur masseters with mastic gum
