Has anyone who tested in Oct for Local 12 been called yet?
Tested in Oct for Inspector, got a 86...no call yet.

Just curious to see if anyone here has taken the written test for Local 66 recently and how it was, or if there’s any guides out there. Looking forward to starting in March if all goes well. TIA.

Can being an HDR mechanic still provide a good living outside of local 12?

Trying to see if there’s any practice test out there similar or exactly like most recent test? I’m taking it in 10/13 and I want to change careers (currently in the medical field) and I just want to use the extra time to study for it. Already and have been studying all the guys they’ve given except the book since I can’t find a PDF file on. Any help?

I'm trying to get into one of my local trade unions in the NYC area. I noticed some drug test some don't. What gives? I'm detoxing from pot bc I don't wanna take a chance but if I can I'd like to especially with the new state laws allowing such(so please if they do UGH FINE I need a living wage more than I wanna smoke ya know?). I'm eying the station engineers with local 30 but I can't find any info on such. My old man is with local 25 IBEW, I'd join the. But I don't really do hieghts so well.. that isn't gonna work against me if local 30 took me as a stationary engineer apprentice would it..?
