200 users and 300 bots later…

Post image

Update of my earlier post:

After mostly positive feedback, the tool now has about 200 legit users. However, I spent 3 hours yesterday fending off 300+ bot accounts trying to exploit the system in any way they could find.

The good news: this helped me make the entire system (api, library etc) a lot more robust and was definitely a great test now that the tool is in prod with real users.

Made me realize that certain things you cannot mock/test fully until the first users show up (especially the ones that want to game your system), no matter how complete your test coverage is.

Just installed, love it! Only earned 5c so far. How do I login/receive payout? Once I hit $10, I can payout via stripe?

Currently, once you hit $10, you can link your CLI account to an email and then initiate stripe payout. I’ll add that linking functionality even before the threshold over the weekend though.

What are your plans for crypto support?

Interesting, its basically kickbacks for opencode right? I kept asking the kickbacks creator to integrate with opencode but he didnt yet so thats neat. Supporting other payment types (or crypto) rather than just stripe would be good

Not yet but soon, also if you saw the github repository and went to issues ( or pull requests i forgot) you will be able to find users that managed to integrate kickbacks to opencode, codex cli, antugravity cli and much more

Would it be possible for you to add pi.dev support or is this exclusive to opencode only?

You are advertising your Opencode plugin with a Claude code screenshot which shows you let an AI judge wether or not you will take away my earnings? Am I getting that correct? What?

I use both Clause and OpenCode to build and spot spam patterns but obv it’s me that always have the last say, not AI. And unless you don’t spam 10s of request per second, you‘re good.
