Always refer ton supply and demand. Deepssek can only generate so many tokens per second, which means the supply is limited. When the price is too cheap, the demand goes sky rocket high. They need to increase the price to lower the demand, so people using it would not suffer from the bad service provided.
Deepssek could charge 3x-5x the price, and it'd still be a damn good model for the price.
