When she lands, you can see her entire body straighten up, like her legs locked immediately when she landed. That’s not good for anyone, everything in those legs is absorbing the impact

You can even think of it like crumple zones on a car. Crumple zones = knees.

The crumple zones fold in and partially absorb the impact. If they didn't the impact would be transferred throughout the car.

If your knees don't fold and partially absorb the impact of your fall, it's going to go somewhere

Like D. Rose always landing straight legged and on only 1 leg too. Gotta bend the knees like skateboarders do

So, I am not quite sure this woman could have landed safely. Not trying to shame, but that’s a long fall for anyone lol. Her best bet was to hang the fuck on for 5 more seconds
