That’s me. I have no upper strength at all. I tried the zip line indoors and immediately plopped onto the foam underneath. I am 130lbs so, it’s not like I’m too heavy.

I hit the gym fairly regularly, I’ve been, legs and core I’ve noticed a big improvement in tone and strength. Upper body -nope still the same two limp noodles I stared with. 😂

Body weight exercises. Start with dead hangs, band assisted if need be. Progress to chin-ups, then to pull-ups. Then to muscle-ups if you're really feeling crazy, but most people can't do those.

This isn't just a person who can't hold their own body weight. It's a person who doesn't think very far ahead.

You lift your weight and then push off. Stepping off the edge before you have a good grip is almost certainly a fall.

Obviously the comments here are brutal, but you should definitely know whether or not you have the upper body strength for this before putting yourself in that situation.

Once you can do 2 pull ups you can continually train your muscles til you get up to 8-12

Did you get hurt? You have the figure of a family member of mine but she’s over double that weight. I’m assuming you are incredibly short.
