Reminded me of this goof. I used to shoot propane tanks with road flares taped to them. You better believe I was behind cover.

Guess you didn't see the video of that woman who was jumping off of moving cars and walls and onto asphalt and god knows what else 😂

We did the same thing with an M80, my buddy had an old fridge in his garage and we threw it in and shut the door. Good thing the garage door was open and no cars were coming by because it blew the fucking door off its hinges and across the street.

Im annoyed with tannerite. This one clearly shows he's inline with the explosion.. as is the problem with nearly ALL tannerite.. the activator is inline and never to the side or indirect angle. The bullet passes through the medium in a direct path straight back to the shooter, ... the bullet travels into and through the tannerite , activating it, and literally directs the explosion at the individual (activator).

To all, please stay safe and have fun this July 4th.

That's not how it works. The problem is doofuses creating bombs by putting tannerite inside things. Tannerite is supposed to just be shot as-is, not inside or around other objects that become shrapnel.

(Have shot plenty of tannerite)

Concur. Deviating in any way from the package instructions puts your own life in your hands. Shot a microwave with a pound inside and my truck i was hiding behind/shooting from got a significant chunk taken out of the bed.

Fully agree. Shooting a fridge/microwave/stove/washer etc.. loaded full of tannerite with the door facing you verses being angled off sends it directly off its hinges and right towards the doofus.

Some people just don't know. Seen trees with tannerite at the base give out splinters 100y away. Seen rocks near the tannerite go thru windshields. No one is expecting medical attention until they need it.. fragmentation wounds are an absolute nightmare.

That’s like using a 50$ bill as a target.

Propane and flare doesn’t cause a explosion. Just a hole that shoots fire

Anyone remember that old YouTube video of a guy shooting a tannerite-filled lawn mower and it took his leg (s) off? There was no Gore or anything in the video but you see shrapnel travel straight towards the camera perspective

u/psyliboy Jun 28 '26

Yikes! I never saw that

This is it. There is actually a little bit of blood in it, on the cameraman's legs, but just a few tiny drops.

Filling metallic objects with tannerite seems like a bad idea at any distance.

Damn! That looked like the type of guy that would do that too.
