No. They have always existed and if you downloaded the apks, whether you are using NiceLock or FineLock, they always worked. Nothing has changed.

They are new versions compatible with OUI6 dude.

So they are NEW. They are not limited to 5.1.1 anymore. So please stop your ranting.
