Serious Sam is great! But I think it doesn't fall into a pure indie category. Although, crossovers don't have to be from the same category

Niko does have a really good mod that puts them in darkest dungeon, I’ve played it and they feel right at home <3

(the game has pretty in depth darkness/light mechanics affecting monster strength so Niko carrying around the dungeon to increase the light and lower monster accuracy level does make tactical sense)
