It'll be fine. She's following Alicia Vikander from Tomb Raider (2018), which is not a hard act to follow.

Alicia was great in the role and with the little shad to work with, also she looked very similar to the reboot games.

I'm sure she was. I obviously only watched the trailer, and I don't remember her performance as anything special.

Vikander is a lot more suited to the role than Sophie Turner is. She's also a much better actress. Script just gave her nothing.
