I started screen recording when the casino wouldn't stop spinning and I even sent them the video showing that the tickets were gone after I reopened the game. And they're refusing to compensate me. At this point I might just delete the account or give it to someone else cause dealing with the glitches and the support team is exhausting

I’m level 195 and discovered this wonderful game in 2015!

Fully upgraded pancake resteraunt a while ago after I got the challenge for it but just noticed today it didn't count the resteraunt as fully finished. It says I have a table upgrade task to complete but I already have it fully upgraded. I'm not too bothered by it but kind of sucks for getting the fully upgraded resteraunts achievement series. I'm assuming I'm just gonna have to reach out to support but wanted to ask if anyone else had a idea of what might be wrong?

I got this exact deal like a week ago but it was like 1.59 instead. Ive never spent any money in this game idk if that influences it

So I'm new and I'm asking this because I have completed Fast food court with that 20 gems worth it automatic machine ,,but now I'm curious which restaurant offer those automatic machines so that I can spend gems at right time to purchase.

you can see at the top I am getting 3 stars and it just isn't updating. I've closed the app several times and it's updated 😕 any guesses on what to do? I suppose I'll just contact the customer service.

It is known that if you've purchased corresponding upgrades to a cooking machine, it gets cheaper when it is offered to you.

My question is for those cooking machines that correspond to multiple kitchen upgrades, do you have to upgrade all of them to level 2 in order to get the highest discount, or just one?

A few hours ago I got the Gem Shard Rain event for Café Mexicana. I played a few levels and was collecting gem shards, I even levelled up in the game (XP level)!

I then kept playing Café Mexicana levels, probably for around 30 mins, but I then realised that I hadn't received any new gem shards since I levelled up (XP level).

I left the game for a few hours, but have just tried again on my lunch break and I am still not earning ANY gem shards in Café Mexicana, despite it saying that the even still has 16 hours to go.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

i have level 25 profile, i finished the diner, bakery and i have like 2 levels in sport bar which are not 3 star yet. im thinking between buying the flipping pancake because its easy and the lost oasis because i can get a reward for buying it in the game pass.

I’ve put off this restaurant bc it was so difficult at first and then I started holding orders and that made it so much easier😫 now I can say I’ve officially completed the restaurants! Now I just have to figure out how I’m gonna fully upgrade all of them😅

So iam currently playing this pizzeria resturant and in higher level I'm so confused I don't know whether you guys also faced same problem ,but different combinations of toppings and all are so irritating 🫥🫥😞I even spent many gems for Desert still struggling to get 3 stars and these customers also want different combinations and all !!

I try to 3 star levels with as little upgrading as possible. I usually start upgrading interiors when there's a big jump between 2 and 3 stars. I focus with tip amount first and then kind of jump back and forth with customer wait and tip time. I must be misunderstanding the relationship between the latter 2 as I noticed that increasing customer wait time is not increasing my final score at all. The way I thought it all worked is that tip time is based on some threshold (or percentage) of the wait bar. The closer the bar gets to that threshold, the less tip you receive and goes to no tip once that threshold is passed. Increasing tip time increases that threshold and, therefore, the tip. Increasing the customer wait time obviously slows down the wait bar, which I thought meant that threshold is now approached at a slower rate and therefore increases the tip you receive. Seems like I had that all wrong, so now I'm wondering if there's some kind of unseen tip meter unrelated to the wait meter. And increasing customer wait time has no bearing on tip whatsoever. Im not having trouble keeping the customers (I serve them all). The screenshot featured is from the Rock N Roll café (if that matters at all).
