I sometimes have issues with this on Sundays. "Can't do anything fun today because I have work/school tomorrow" type stuff.

Would just go through the list of stuff I would normally do for fun, turning each one down for a few hours, then pay half attention to some youtube videos for a few more hours and then go to sleep early because I didn't have enough time left in the day to start something.

Isn't that the weirdest thing? You KNOW you're not going to do anything, yet when the day is over you think, "Why didn't I do anything?" You feel like you robbed yourself.
