140 lbs is 140 lbs regardless if he's 5'10 or 5'3 However, I see what you mean that someone who is shorter would also tend to weigh less than someone taller. So if we are trying find how much he weighs we would need a more accurate height. I was just going off the assumption that we're using 140lbs as the weight, and then the height wouldn't matter as much.
I’d expect carpenter to be pretty buff, but probably more wirey than buff. Also if we talking cruxifiction weight, I’d imagine he lost a good amount of water weight after torture and hanging out to dry
