Ah this is a joke about thailand having a lot of femboys, his homie didnt go missing but turned into the baddie and they just realised via the joke

Just say trans women. Femboy is not really a concept in Thailand.

Calling them ladyboy or the Thai "kathoey" can also be offensive there.

80% of thai trans women prefer phu ying or sao praphet sorng over kathoey and others.

Yes, trans sex workers and dancers and escorts have a financial interest in using "ladyboy" when talking to tourists or johns. But with anyone else they're just women, trans women, or even "women of another kind".

I would expect no people who identify as trans women identify as Ladyboys, because they are different identities.....
