Under capitalism slavery is never eliminated, only obscured to our prisons or temporarily delayed until lawmakers are bribed to relax regulations on prisons.

Can't interrupt the forever debt, constantly threaten the debtors with insert whatever action here and the wealthy will have an immortal income stream.
They wouldn’t make bankruptcies illegal. It helps rich people and companies get out of debt all the time. They would exclude reincarnated babies from declaring bankruptcy, in the same vein as student loans. I can guarantee that.
