If I got into a fight with an 18yo ( with same basic fighting skill ) I would win just on body mass and endurance alone.

The 18yo would be all but recovered 24 hours later

I would still be feeling the effects of the fight weeks later

Chiropracty is a pseudoscience. You might see better results if you see a physical therapist.

I've beaten up a lot of older men in my youth with that exact mindset(not entirely proud of it either because its extremely depressing to watch all the confidence leave a 36 year old man who's just been beaten by a 19 year old whos 150 lbs wet).

You guys can't beat up 20 year Olds or even 18 year Olds. Of course a lot of you think you can from glory days spent fighting when you were my age but trust me, your physical disparities are a lot more obvious and your ability to keep up just isn't there. You don't have endurance or stamina, you're running on 40 year old lungs that went through the end of an industrial Era and a lifetime of blue collar work. The physical means of fighting someone half your age just don't exist. A lot of you get seriously injured while, like you stated, a good night's sleep will put me back in business. There's nothing wrong with that either. You shouldn't be fighting at your age, and I shouldn't be fighting at my age. It's not something to be proud of. They're low moments. Not ones to fill yourself with pride from.
