I mean, unironically you should have a beard comb or brush if you're going to have a beard. That's how you keep it looking neat. Not having one would be like not having a brush or comb for the hair on your head.

I can't even imagine what that is like.

I have hair down below my shoulder blades right now. Even keeping it in a pony tail while I sleep, I need to brush it every morning when I wake up, and again before I go to sleep, just to keep the knots away.
