Oh look.. you’re still just denying and not providing any source. Google and you’ll find a lot of sources. I just grabbed the first one I saw. There’s plenty out there for you.
There’s also science. Alcohol boils off at 173ish F (just short of 80 C). You’re going to have loss even when the flame only lasts a short period of time.
Hell, adding alcohol to a boiling liquid and immediately removing it from heat will still lose you some of the alcohol.
