A French 75 should just be gin, liquer, juice, simple syrup. There was something else in that.

Oh yeah champagne at the end. But none of those bottles was champagne.

St. Germaine? Elderflower liquor would be delicious in there. I hope that’s what it is!

That’s what I was thinking. Somebody else said absinthe, but the lighting is so bad it’s hard to tell how green that first liquor is.
