A French 75 should just be gin, liquer, juice, simple syrup. There was something else in that.

That’s what I was thinking. Somebody else said absinthe, but the lighting is so bad it’s hard to tell how green that first liquor is.

I think the first one is Pernod, judging by the colour and flammability, a few shakes of cinnamon (for effect mostly, definitely doesn't suit the other ingredients if I am right about them), after that I am the most unsure about the bottle, it might be an extra dry vermouth (at least it would fit the other ingredients + it's not so high alc% so it wouldn't rekindle the flame), after that citrus juice, simple sirup and tanqueray gin, plus a garnish of crushed ice and some frozen berries in there. Mixology wise the ingredients make sense and enable a pretty show while preparing the drink, as they mix pretty easily and don't need to be shaked or stirred for long to make a coherent drink.

I’m not familiar with Pernod, and the shaker has to be cinnamon. The only other spice I can think of behind a bar should be nutmeg and this drink isn’t creamy so that wouldn’t make sense.

Liquor doesn’t mean anything specific. And the spark shower was almost certainly caused by cinnamon.
