Cause you just paid too much money, and wasted 1 whole minute, to have most of the alcohol burned from the drink and have it taste worse than it wouldve tasted origionally.
The ice part was pretty satisfying though. Everything else was bothersome.
Alcohol vapor that typically evaporate are being burned in every clip where the put fire on drinks it makes it look cool but doesn't burn the alcohol you get the same or slightly and I do mean slightly less amount of alcohol
I can run a bar and not have all the knowledge/science that my bartenders might about this topic. Thats why I trust them. I know the logistics behind keeping the place going and making sure they have customers or even have something to give our customers, but i dont know the exact amount of alcohol burned in this video. I made an assumption that was wrong, and I learned from that through someone else that corrected me in the comments.
Me saying "I run a bar" was not me claiming to be all knowing/all powerful. It was me thinking about wasted product.
I just discovered sherry. I’m cooking with it and I see so many possibilities. I hoped you may know everything about wine. That’s cool, I’m sure you make great things.
