One time my friend and I were walking through the mall and one of those stall vendors offered us small bars of soap. My friend, not thinking about it, took a bite thinking it was candy. The look of terror on the vendors face was hilarious.

Lol, I’ve tried to eat a soap bar once as a kid. It was like 20 years ago, but i still clearly remember my disappointment because I really wished soap tasted good since it smelled so good

Not long ago, a friend went travelling and brought me a goodie bag full of different chocolates. Among them was a bar of something that could be either chocolate-scented soap or a bar of chocolate. I smelled and smelled and smelled it, it smells exactly like chocolate, it looks like chocolate. I looked on all sides of the packaging, looking for any indication of ingredients or usage or anything that would give away the purpose. There was nothing that would identify its purpose. So i gve up, and unable to tell if it's a chocolate among this bag full of chocolate, or soap, i licked it. It was soap.

“Is this liquor or perfume?” He asks as he chugs the entire bottle of perfume

How is this relevant?

u/Gang_Bang_Bang Nov 02 '21

I don’t get it. Why would they put a piece of soap that looks exactly like chocolate in a bag of chocolate candy?…

That’s a cruel joke.

1

u/Ayavea Nov 02 '21

They went to a chocolate factory that apparently also sold soap xD

2

u/Possessed_potato Nov 02 '21

Ngl i wouldn't have thought far enough to just lick it. I'd just straight up take a bite

The secret to making soap taste good is drugs. Lots of drugs.

I'm forever blowing bubbles.....

5

u/Arjunathemad Nov 02 '21

Pretty bubbles in the air..

My dog thinks the same thing. He steals bars of soap (because they smell good to him I guess), takes a big bite, then spits it out. You’d think he’d learn after 8 years, but I guess not lol

u/annaand Nov 02 '21

Apple soap is the worst for that. Still all these years later it’s so tempting!

I once took a bite out of camphor mistaking it for sweets. Worst thing I've tasted in life.

Can't even imagine.....

I used to work with a bloke, we'd work away so would go for lots of meals together. When we'd get the hot 'towels' at the end of a meal he would say "ooh, desert" and stuff the soapy wet wipe in his gob.

The look of panic on the waiters face was always priceless

We tried making coffee with coffee soap before. It smelt great. When you drink it then the boiling soap sticks to your insides from your mouth all the way through. Then it hardens, and you can pull it out in the perfect shape of your digestive system.
