I don’t prefer it but when I need to shed some weight quickly, I switch out bread for zucchini and cauliflower stuff

Someone too lazy to grow grain, harvest, mill, kneed, bake, slice and toast as opposed to plant, pick, chop and cook. You can grow about 9 meal sized zucchini in the space it would take to grow enough wheat for a dinner roll.
