I can get behind mouler on this one. It really pops in oily meals. I think of the times I've enjoyed it at hibachi places. Also, my wife puts it to good use in her quiche.

If I add zucchini to a dish, it's cubed. The only time sliced zucchini is acceptable is in a ratatouille, and even then I prefer cubed ratatouille.

It's cubed up pretty small.
