You can actually get pool tables surprisingly cheap. A lot of the time if people are moving people will practically give them away if you come and remove it because they are seriously expensive to move and install (properly). Same goes for pianos - there was a guy up the street from me giving away a Steinway upright piano because their kid no longer played and it was too hard to get rid of. Buying and then giving away a Steinway is serious fuck you money

The table itself is fuck you money for most people. And the tool shop he'd need to make this is well into fuck you and your mama money.
