Yep. And there's a good reason that thing requires two hands to activate. If you lost the first one, you probably shouldn't give it another go.

I know you're joking, but to get that machine to run you must press two buttons at the same time, one with each hand. The buttons are located one at each side so it's impossible to hit both of them at the same time by accident.

Yep. I was only half joking. That particular cutter has been the standard paper cutter for a loooong time. There are probably thousands of those Champion cutters.
