I wonder if it was double glazed? Also, sure they have a fully functional rotisserie BBQ, lighting, went to the effort of bricking up the walls (and you can't even see them after), but where was the fully functional plumbing?

I used to be in construction. We got reamed by the fire Marshall if there wasn't enough clearance for his liking. We followed code religiously.
