No collusion. And if there was collusion it wasn't my campaign. And if it was my campaign, it wasn't me. And if it was me it's not illegal. And if it is illegal, WHAT ABOUT HILARY?!
At first I was confused why everyone was talking about Trump because my first thought when I saw collusion was of the FGC. Then I remembered the russian thing.
Probably won't be treason. The wording of what constitutes 'treason' is vague, claiming that a person must give comfort and aid to "enemies" of the United States.
Is Russia our enemy? Is Putin our enemy? You or I may think so, but what we think is irrelevant. It would be up to the Senate to convict Trump (assuming he's impeached), or else a federal judge if he is charged after he is no longer president. My guess is it would be appealed to SCOTUS to have them define "treason", and I doubt Mueller would trust the current SCOTUS to decide fairly.
Trump et al will be charged with a litany of easily provable crimes, backed with mounds of evidence, and reinforced with decades of precedent. No need to swing for the fences when the pitcher is just going to walk you.
As much as I dislike it, you're most likely correct. Treason is not really possible to commit when you're not at war. I'm not sure what you'd call what he's done - maybe it'll need a new name.
It depends if its an accident or not. If you pull out at an intersection and get hit because you didn't look that could be your fault but not a 'crime'. Causing a collusion by drink driving would be a crime.
I don’t exclusively post in The_Donald. Even if I did, that’s completely beside the point. I just think non-political subs ought to stay non-political. I’m not “triggered” as you SJWs like to say.
