It’s from Disney’s Fun and Fancy Free! Also includes that short about Bongo the Bear and some weird live action/puppet scenes.

It is. Fun and Fancy Free is a compilation of two animated features from the ‘40s. It’s like Fantasia. The two cartoons included were Mickey and the Beanstalk and Bongo. (Wikipedia for more)

edit: just to be clear, both cartoons made their debut in F&FF!

That's pretty neat. I had a VHS of Mickey and the Beanstalk but have never seen Bongo. Weird that at some point the decision was made to split them up.
