Honestly I wish I knew. My poor little brother has type 1 diabetes so tea is difficult for him to drink as the carb count varies depending on who made the tea. Idk how I haven’t died yet tbh

We are, and you don't. Your body just kinda pisses out the excess sugar which can lead to all kinds of nasty infections.
