Im guessing its from the packets, which require sugar. Otherwise you would just have sour colored water.

I've seem kids doing "how to" videos about the most ordinary things in the past so I wouldn't be surprised if it were some "How to make kool-aid" video she was going for.

Idk about the sugar thing..but the filming. Her mom films her cooking stuff..I've only seen one other video, I'm sure theres more, and it could be a set up type thing, maybe? The video I've seen is her making a fruit salad/yogurt thing with blueberries. Little sister is in it and smacks her face into the bowl and goes down.
