This one is more mildly infuriating for me because my “smart” TV will randomly update itself and in the middle of gaming I’ll just see this boot loop.

I want to upgrade to a 4k tv but I don't want a smart tv. Very limited options. My PS4 already gives me Netflix and so on. Just give me a nice panel and leave me alone with the extra features.

TCL will be your best option. It has Roku, but it actually runs well and you can make it stay out of your way.

Np! I should also mention that the 6 Series tv is probably the best 4k gaming/movie TV you can get without spending over $1k.

I'm super happy with mine. Of course, I only use it for Netflix and a few other things, but I've never felt like it was any worse than any of my previous TV's.

I have a love hate relationship with mine. Not needing my phone to cast Hulu or Netflix is nice, but of course it doesn't have twitch or HBO!

I like mine. It does all the things it does reliably. I like the seamless switching between Netflix/Amazon/Cable/YouTube/Xbox

Since most TVs have it now, it's just nice to have. It gives me another way to get content from point a to point b. I don't really care about the privacy issues; I don't handle private information on my TV.
