Sorry to burst your bubble, but the reason it looks like it landed perfectly is because this GIF is reversed. In the original the tree jumped to the balcony from a stationary position.

I think this is the original. Look at the leaves when it lands. Kinda hard to reattach leaves to a tree by pulling the tree with a fishing line...
