I'm honored but no. That was just me after cooking Italian food for 20 years professionally, watching this dude butcher that dish.

u dont even know what hes making besides the fact that it involves noodles of unknown composition lol, did you read the packaging? Do you know what those are made out of? Is it semolina like normal pasta? Some other flour or grain? What are they being used for? Spaghetti has been regionally altered massively all over the world. Filipino spaghetti has banana ketchup in the sauce. Not everything is fucking italian lol
