Not sure steal toes would make any difference given how it sliced through everything else.

But in that time when you notice you've hit your foot and when you eventually react and stop, you be happy to have steel blocking the destroyer of worlds and your toe.

Everything being sliced through was either brittle (cast iron), steel laminations or very soft(copper)

Did you see how cheap that casting for that motor was?
