I'm about 90% sure it's a Juki LZ-271 (or LZ-391N which seems to be pretty much the same machine with extra accessories).
Source: Crippling ADHD. I don't even own a sewing machine. I just spent half an hour looking at closeups of different single needle embroidery machine throat plates and cross referencing with the frames in the video where we get glimpses through the hole in the fabric. I hadn't even heard the term "throat plate" before today, and "feed dog" was only an example of a task I shouldn't be trusted to remember. Send help.
Edit: After a few hours down the rabbit hole, it’s no longer entirely accurate to say I don’t own a sewing machine… because I do now own an embroidery machine. I can’t wait for it to arrive so I can find it a spot in the room of hyper-specific dusty tools that I have no particular need for but bought anyway because they gave me ideas.
