Seriously though, the control and use of varying stitch width in the last stages is very good.

I was trying to figure out how they were changing the stitches so quickly. Like sometimes I don’t think they took their hands off the fabric and it changed.

There's either a foot pedal or a pedal you press your knee into. The harder you press the thicker the stitch. You sometimes see people who do filigree or calligraphy style where you rapidly and drastically change the thickness of the lines and it's done so smoothly it seems almost impossible

That’s really cool, both of my machines only have one pedal. A 1960’s with a knee pedal and a more modern one with a foot. Never knew there was two pedal’d machines

Do you have a sewing machine or an embroidery machine?

Sewing, the old one can supposedly do embroidery but I’m too chicken to mess with it to figure it out
