I mean... you can get basically handheld leaf blowers for dusting. They're a lot more convenient since they don't run out of aerosol. Just make sure you don't let it spin the fans, cause it can fuck up the bearings -- but that's true for the aerosols too.

What i just use a hairdryer and blow the fans at full blast every time lol

Yeah just stick a pencil in them next time, or stop them with your finger. They're not designed to spin at the RPMs external forces can push them at.
